Our products are installed by our own highly skilled, punctual and devoted team equipped with custom made tools to assist with our installations.

All of our fencing maintains the same installation and weld technique.

Depending on the required height of the fence the uprights are driven in to the ground by up to 80cm and cemented at intervals if required.

6m lengths of solid steel bar are then fed through the uprights in a staggered formation to provide extra strength and durability.

The fencing is then securely welded at every point the bar passes through the uprights.

To maintain the seamless line of the fence the ends of the 6m bar are welded within the uprights which also provides more stability to the fence.

Due to the nature of steel, expansion joints are placed at calculated intervals along the fence line to allow for varying atmospheric conditions.

Finally the fence is finished with high quality anti corrosive primer and topcoat coloured specifically to the customers’ requirements. We use a high pressure system to spray apply the paint. The advantages with spraying is that it delivers a smooth and even finish with minimum wastage. This provides the best possible protection as the paint can be applied thicker and does not require the use of thinners.
